Returns:
All
unopened items may be returned minus a 15% restocking fee and
shipping charges. The only items that cannot be returned are pillows.
The reason for no returns is a health issue. It is a government
regulation that pillows cannot be returned unless defective. If a
return is needed, please email us at customerservice@askdrwolff.com
to get an RMA number. All return shipping charges will be incurred by
the customer.

We never release to anyone, your name, address, credit card number or
any other personal information.
Shipping:
Our shipping charge includes shipping and handling fees. We ship by
Postal Service Ground or UPS ground. You should have your order within
10 days. If USPS or UPS cannot deliver your order to the Ship-to
address, they will automatically return the item to our warehouse. If
the item you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you by email.
Orders placed after 10:00AM PST on Friday are not processed until
Monday.
Pricing Policy:
Prices listed here apply only to products offered and sold
online.
